摘要
发现滴状冷凝以来,人们主要研究了垂直平面上的滴状冷凝,而对实际应用较多的水平管外滴状冷凝的研究很少,Depew做了水平管外滴状冷凝的实验研究,Hosokawa等采用了经验式得出了不同位置处的给热系数对垂直表面的相对值。本文求得了水平管外不同位置处液滴的脱落半径和给热系数,并均与实验结果做了比较。
Dropwise condensation of steam on the external Teflon coated surface of a horizontal tube is investigated. According to the analysis of the forces acted on a single liquid drop and the heat flux through it, the drop departing diametor, the heat flux and the heat transfer coefficient of dropwise condensation are obtained theoretically, and they are also obtained experimentally. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental ones both in this study and in previous papers.
