摘要
针对产品装配过程的多样性、复杂性,提出一种可重构的具有层次结构的数字化装配环境模型。数字化装配环境分为设备层、中间层、零件层,通过建立层内各元素的约束和层间信息的映射实现信息的有机结合。研究了环境的几何建模和物体的运动建模,利用面向对象技术建立了数字化装配环境。实例表明,该模型具有良好的可重构性,可方便快速地构建数字化装配环境以进行装配仿真分析。
Based on the diversity and complexity during product assembly process,a reconfigurable product digital assembly environment model was put forward, which included device layer, middle layer and part layer. Various data information was integrated by restriction within layers and mapping among layers. The geometrical model of environment and movement model of the object were studied, and the environment was established by using object--oriented method. A case was presented to show the practiceability of this method to rapidly reconfigure digital assembly environment for assembly analysis.
