摘要
采用三维热力耦合弹塑性有限元方法对H型钢的多道次往复开坯轧制过程进行仿真分析,得到了各道次轧件的三维变形结果及三维温度场。详细介绍了有限元模型的建立,材料参数、边界条件及载荷的定义,对轧件温度场的分布进行了深入分析,并与现场实验数据相比较,模拟结果与实际情况吻合很好。研究结果为多道次轧制过程的热力耦合分析提供了参考。
Thermal mechanically coupled 3D finite element simulation for multi--pass reversing breakdown rolling of H--beam was conducted. The construction of FEM model, material parameters, boundary conditions and loading in the simulation were introduced in details. The couple--field result (structure and thermal field) was obtained. Thermal fields were deeply analyzed. The simulation results coincide well with the measured values. This paper provides references for the thermal mechanically coupled--field simulation of the multi--pass rolling process by FEM.
