背向散射积分技术在甲状腺功能亢进检测中的应用

摘要 目的:检测甲亢患者甲状腺实质的IBS值,并与正常对照组做统计学分析,以期发现在甲亢患者甲状腺实质的IBS改变及其影响因素。方法:应用超声技术对甲亢患者甲状腺及健康对照组的甲状腺实质IBS进行测量,分别记录各组IBS值,并分析甲亢患者与正常对照组IBS值的关系。结果:病变组甲状腺实质IBS%值较正常对照组明显减低,且存在显著性意义;病变组甲状腺实质PPI值、SDI值较正常对照组明显减低,且存在显著性意义。结论:用IBS检测甲状腺能在一定程度上区分生理和病理状态下的差异;用IBS技术可以实现超声对甲状腺病变的定性、定量诊断。 Objective:The integrated backscatter or IBS is applied to evaluate thyroid level. Comparing the IBS with the hyperparathyroidism patients and normal subjects is aimed to detect the IBS changes and reference value of thyroid in hyperparathyroidism.Methods: All the subjects were classified into 2 groups: patients and normal subjects. All value, IBS% value, PPI value and SDI value of all subjects thyroid were examined (Sonos 5500), then respectively to compare. Results:Thyroid parenchyma IBS% value of patient group distinctly decreased. Compared with a control group, they were statistically different. Thyroid parenchyma PPI, SDI values of patient group distinctly decreased compared with control group, and they was statistically different. Conclusion: The IBS technique can classify the difference between the physiological and pathological state of thyroid levels to some degree and diagnose releoant diseases.
