摘要
受研究方法和测试手段的限制,货车车轮在生产过程中产生的残余应力状态与分布很难测试,仅能按照有关标准进行残余应力趋势测定。本文采用数值模拟和实测法相结合的手段,研究了车轮在热处理全过程中的温度场、组织场、应力场的变化和分布以及车轮出厂前的残余应力分布状态,分析了车轮残余应力产生的原因,并研究了不同生产工艺参数对残余应力的影响。
Due to the restrictions of the research method and measurement method,the conditions and distribution of residual stresses generated in the process of production of freight car wheels are difficult to be measured.Only the residual stresses trend can be determined according to relevant standards.In this paper,the numerical simulation and practical measurement method are combined to research the variation and distribution of the temperature field,organization field and stress field of wheels in the whole process of heat treatment as well as the distribution conditions of residual stresses in wheels before leaving the factory.The causes to residual stresses in wheels are analyzed,and the effect of different production technology parameters on the residual stresses is researched.
