摘要 柴油机用电热塞点火燃用纯甲醇的研究结果表明,发动机运转稳定,达到了原机的动力指标,起动性能良好。在高负荷时,发动机燃用纯甲醇的热效率高于原柴油机,而且可以切断电热塞电源,发动机仍能稳定运转;在低负荷时,燃用纯甲醇的热效率低于原柴油机。发动机燃用纯甲醇时,NO_x的排放量明显下降,而CO和HC的排放量却有不同程度的上升。 The results of this experimental investigation of burning pure methanol by the glow plug ignition in a diesel engine show that the engine operates smoothly with the same power output as compared with that of the engine operating on diesel fuel. The thermal efficiency is higher than that of diesel operation at high loads, but lower at low loads. The maximum brake thermal efficiency reaches 36.1% which is 3.86% higher than that of the original diesel engine. The hot ignition surface can still work well even when the external power is switched off at high loads. The results of exhaust emission tests based on 13-mode cycle show that NOx is considerably reduced, but HC and CO are increased in different degrees.
