高密度脂蛋白胆固醇自动化测定的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低作为动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的危险性指标已引起临床的普遍重视,但其测定方法学仍存在着一定的缺陷。本文就高密度脂蛋白胆固醇测定的自动化进展进行了综述,主要介绍了化学修饰法,抗体包裹法和选择性抑制法的原理,并对它们的方法学性能进行了评论。
