中国豆芫菁属一新种及二雌性补充描述(鞘翅目,芫菁科)

A NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS EPICAUTA DEJEAN FROM CHINA (COLEOPTERA,MELOIDAE)

记述云南豆芫菁属1新种,即缘毛豆芫菁,新种Epicauta seriata sp.nov.;编制了凹跗豆芫菁组Epicauta interrupta group已知种检索表;并对钩刺豆芫菁E.curvispina Kaszab和墨江豆芫菁E.mojiangensis Tan雌性进行了补充描述。模式标本保存于河北大学博物馆。

This paper reports a new species of Epicauta Dejean, namely E. seriata sp. nov., and provides key to species of Epicauta interrupta group. All specimens are deposited in the Museum of Hebei University. Epicauta seriata sp. nov. （Figs.1,6,9,12-15） This new species is related to E. weixiensis Tan, but can be distinguished from the latter by： elytra with outer margins, all coxal cavities around and abdominal segments with posterior margins pale pubescent; antennomeres Ⅰ-Ⅱ and maxillary palpi partly dark red; pronotum with posterior margin straight. It is also similar to E.emmerichi Pic, but differs from the latter in： head very finely punctured; occiput almost paraUd-sided; pronotum with middle longitudinal furrow not pale pubescent. Holotype ♂ , Ninglang County, Yunnan Province, 16 July 2004, coll. by LI Jing and YUAN Cai-Xia. Paratype ♂ , Huize County, Yunnan Province, 25 July 2004, coll. by LI Jing and YUAN Cai-Xia. Etymology. The specific name is derived from the Latin ＂ seriat-. ＂, referring to the abdominal segments with narrow pale pubescent margins. Distribution. China （Yunnan）.
