输精管结扎6个月与25个月后家兔胸腺、脾脏形态学与T淋巴细胞功能的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨输精管结扎术后机体免疫监视功能的变化,在用家兔复制输精管结扎动物模型的基础上,观察了胸腺与脾脏的形态学和T淋巴细胞功能的变化。结果表明:1.胸腺、脾脏重量均以VG6为最低,其它各组均于同一水平上。2光镜观察,VG6胸腺小叶较SOG6有轻至中度萎缩,皮质部分变薄,其间可见“星空”现象;VG25显示与SOG25类似的与增龄相关的退行性变化。脾脏,VG6与SOG6相比脾小体明显缩小,淋巴组织减少,VG25与SOG25比较无显著差异。3.输精管结扎对胸腺自发增殖反应性无明显影响;ConA诱导的脾细胞自发增殖反应性,脾细胞培养上清中的IL-2和IL-6活性均以VG6为最低,VG25与其对照组比较无明显差异。结论:输精管结和6个月家兔胸腺和脾脏均呈退行性变化,T淋巴细胞功能被抑制,25个月恢复对照组水平。 The rnorphology of thymus and spleen and the function of T lymphocytes were studied basedon vasectomized animal models to explore the changes of immune surveillance. The resultesshowed that: (1) The weights of thymuses and spleens were the lowest in VG6, those in othergroups were about the sarne. (2) Cornpared with SOG6, thymic lobules in VG6 were slight ormediurn atrophy, a phenornerna called"'starry sky" was found in cortex part, which became thin;a retrograde change related to aging was observed in VG25 and SOG25. Splenic lymph nodulesshrinked, lymphotic tissue reduced in VG6 when compared with SOG6. There was no obviousdifference in those between SOG25 and VG25. (3) Vasectomy didn't affect self - proliferation re-sponsiveness of thymus; the activities of IL - 2 and IL - 6 in supernatant of splenic cell culturewere the lowest in VG6, which in VG25 were similar to those in SOG25. Conclusion: A retro-grade change was found in thymus and spleen of rabbits at the 6th month after vasectorny, thefunction of T lymphocytes was inhibited and recovered to the level as in the control group at the25th month.
