摘要
有效分析工艺设计的资源信息和实践经验是CAPP应用系统的关键问题之一.通过对制造工艺资源特征和工艺元信息的分析,对资源-任务匹配中的关键概念进行了定义,建立面向工艺特征的资源特征和任务表达模型,用工艺元和工艺模板表达工艺设计内容.研究以工艺元为基本单元对工艺元序列和工艺实例的资源特征信息进行组织与管理,提出基于工艺模板资源数据库的工艺元和工艺资源特征匹配策略和实施算法,并将该方法应用于工艺设计中资源特征与工艺元的匹配.应用研究表明,该方法为改进工艺任务分配的柔性和适应性提供了一种新的思路.
Effective analysis of the process design resource information and practical experience is one of the key issues in CAPP application system. Based on the analysis of the process resource feature and process meta-task, the key concept in resource-matching task is defined. The resource feature model and task model based on process feature is constructed. Process design content is presented by process meta-task and process template. Research work focus on organizing and managing the resource feature information of the process meta-task sequences and process cases based on process meta-task. A matching strategy between process meta-task and process resource feature based on the resource database of process template and implementation method are provided. The method has been used in the matching process resource features to process meta-task in process design. Applied research shows that the method provides a new way of thinking for improving the assignment process flexibility and adaptability.
