慈溪市城市消防规划的若干问题思考

城市消防规划是城市规划的重要组成部分,是建立完善有效的城市消防安全体系的重要依据.本文结合慈溪市城市消防专项规划编制的工作实践,从提高消防规划的可操作性入手,结合慈溪市城市发展特点,实事求是,以慈溪市总体规划确定的用地布局及结构、城市发展目标等为依据,对城市规划建设用地进行消防分类,提出不同消防责任区的消防站布点及消防基础设施建设要求;在此基础上,提出了慈溪市主城区远期消防站点的设置.然后结合城市道路建设,提出了慈溪市消防通道规划.

The city fireplan is an important constituent of the urban planning and important basis to establish the effective and perfect city fire prevention security system. Through some core problems discussion on the city fire prevention establishment, such as the fire station plan, the fire channel plan and etc. , the article provides the management and the control basis for the government. Combined the Cixi city fire special plan practice with the Cixi city urban development feature ,the article proposes fire station stationing in the different fire responsibility area and the fire prevention infrastructure construction requirement, based on the layout and the structure of urban, the urban development goal and so on. The fire classification of the urban planning construction is carried out and the future host city fire station establishment of Cixi is proposed. The Cixi city fire prevention channel plan is proposed simultaneous with the urban road construction.
