摘要 研究某彩钼铅矿氢氧化钠浸出过程,考查温度、液固比、氢氧化钠浓度、粒度、浸出时间等因素对钼、铅浸出率的影响。结果表明,最佳浸出条件是温度75℃,液固比2∶1,浸出时间1h,氢氧化钠浓度90g/L,粒度-0.074mm占80.2%。在该条件下,钼的浸出率高达94.21%,铅的溶出率仅为14.71%。 The leaching process of the wulfenite from a mine in Guizhou by using the sodium hydroxide as medium is investigated, and the factors such as temperature, ratio of liquid to solid, sodium hYdroxide concentration, ore particle size, leaching time on the leaching rate of molybdenum and lead are determined. The optimal leaching technological condition derived from the experimental results is 75℃ for operation temperature, 2:1 for ratio of liquid to solid, 1h for leaching time, 90g/L for sodium hydroxide concentration and 80.2 % - 0. 074mm for ore particle size. The molybdenum leaching rate is up to 94.21% and the lead dissolving rate is only 14.71% under the optimal condition.
