血小板衍生生长因子及其受体在梗阻性肾病大鼠肾间质中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF-BB)及受体(PDGFR-β)在单侧输尿管结扎(UUO)大鼠肾间质中的表达、分布和意义。方法用免疫组化方法检测UUO大鼠肾间质中PDGF-BB、PDGFR-β和α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的表达、分布状况和相关性分析。结果与假手术组相比,模型组肾间质中PDGF-BB、PDGFR-β和α-SMA的表达水平明显提高(P<0.05)。α-SMA与PDGF-BB、PDGFR-β的表达呈正相关(r1=0.92,P<0.01,r2=0.98,P<0.01)。结论PDGF-BB、PDGFR-β参与肾间质纤维化发生、发展,抑制PDGF及其受体的产生是防治肾间质纤维化的新途径。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF-BB)and its receptor (PDGFR-β)in renal interstitium of rats with UUO, Methods The expression, distribution and correlation of PDGF-BB, PDGFR-β and α-SMA in renal interstititium of rats with UUO were detected by method, Results In model group, the expression of PDGF-BB, PDGFR-β and α-SMA was significantly increased, as compared with those in sham operation group( P 〈 0. 05). The expression of α-SMA was positively correlated with that of PDGF-BB,PDGFR-β( r1 =0.92, P 〈0.01, r2 =0.98, P 〈0.01).Conclusion PDGF-BB and PDGFR-β play a key role in the pathogenesis and development of renal interstitium fibrosis. The inhibition of PDGF and its receptor might be a new way for preventing and treating renal interstitium fibrosis.
