摘要
组织结构是影响组织信息传播效率的关键因素。文章通过比较分析各种组织结构的信息传播效率得到以下结论:(1)组织结构的演变与高层指挥信息的传播效率有密切的联系;(2)这种联系在于从任务小组到矩阵型组织,依赖传统信息传播方式的组织努力寻求通过增强高层指挥信息传播效率进而增强组织效率;(3)事业部型组织主要适用于组织的跨地区、跨国界管理,在高层指挥信息传播效率方面与直线参谋制无异;(4)网络型组织凭借高素质的知识型员工与方便快捷的internet信息传播方式很好地克服了传统组织结构的诸多限制,第一次实现了高层组织信息传播效率的革命性变革。
Organizational structure is an important ingredient of which influence organizational information communication efficiency. This paper aims to compare information communication efficiency of different organizational structure, eliciting these conclusions: First, it has close contact between the evolvement of organizational structure and communication efficiency of top-to-bottom command information; Second, this contact is that, from assignment group to matrix organization, the organization which depend on traditional information communication tool intend to enhance organization efficiency by enhance top-to-bottom command information communication efficiency; Third, multidivisional organization mostly fit into multinational management, and has the same top-to-bottom command information communication efficiency with beeline-consultant organization; Fourth, network organization does very well in conquer much restrict of traditional organizational structure, and first acquire tremendous advancement in top-to-bottom command information communication efficiency.
