摘要
本科教育与专科教育是两个不同层次的高等教育,作为刚刚"升本"的院校,及时转变思想观念至关重要。新建本科院校的领导、教师和管理人员应当充分认识本科教育的性质、特点及其与专科教育的区别,注意克服专科教育形成的思维定势,切实强化本科意识,按照本科教育的要求去想问题、办事情,应在教学理念、教学内容、教学模式、教学方法与教学管理制度等方面真正体现出本科教育特有的属性。
Either university education or associate education is higher education but in two different levels. As a new university which has just got its degree promotion from an associate, it is decisive to change its concepts in time. The leaders, teachers and managers in a new university should fully recognize the qualities and characteristics of university education and its differences between the associate education, they should also try to get rid of thought-set and s^ngthen new sense practically. They should think and do things according to the requirements of university education, and show the specific characteristics of university education from the aspects of teaching concepts, contents, models, methods and management system.
