摘要
在不改变动平衡机现有状态的前提下,提出了一种利用周向偏置提高动不平衡的测量精度的方法,并给出了基于立式硬支承动平衡机的理论分析和数据处理方法。通过在立式双面动平衡机上的实验验证,表明这种基于周向偏置的高精度动平衡测量方法是合理和有效的。
On the premise of that the state of dynamic balancing machine is unchangeable ; the method of improving precision of dynamic balance measure is given based on the circumferential offsets of unbalance mass. The theoretic analysis and data process theorem are obtained with the vertical hard bearing dynamic balancing machine. With the experiment results of the vertical two-plane dynamic balancing machine, the high precision measure method of dynamic balance based on circumferential offset of unbalance mass is proved rational and effective.
