摘要 目的探讨经阴道超声对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的诊断价值。方法回顾分析我院两年来52例PCOS患者的卵巢超声表现,检测患者卵巢间质血流及彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)表现,并与40例正常妇女的卵巢相对照。结果PCOS患者卵巢体积增大,呈多囊样改变,卵巢间质回声增强,血流较对照组丰富,卵巢间质动脉血流阻力指数降低,血管分布面积(CDE信号面积)增加,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论经阴道超声对PCOS的诊断有较好的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound in polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods The ultrasonic appearances of 52 patients were retrospecfivly analyzed, the bloodstream of stroma was detected, and the color Doppler energy appearance of stroma was also analyzed. Results It showed that the volume of ovaries were accreted, there were many little cysfis in the cortex of ovary, the echo of stroma of ovary was enhanced, and the bloodstream was more plentiful, the resistance index of blood flow was decreased. Conclusion Transvaginal Ultrasound imaging is helpful in clinically diagnosing the polycystic ovary syndrome.
