摘要
本研究旨在研究国产血管生成素对微血管稀少和血管内皮细胞的作用观察对象为ＷＫＹ鼠５周龄组、８周龄组、１３周龄组和血管生成治疗组。观察指标为微动脉Ａ２、Ａ３和Ａ４。研究结果提示血管生成 素可以预防微血管稀少并延缓靶器官细胞损害。
The purpose of this paper was to study the effects of angiogenesis cytokine on rarefaction andendothelial cells in rats with following groups:WKY 5w,WKY 8w,WKY 13w and WKY ang. The small arterioles such as A2,A3,and A4 and endothelium were sdudied. It was suggested that angiogenesis cytokine mayprevent the small arterioles rarefaction and cell injury in target organ.
