门诊口腔科护理质量管理中的“五常法”

"5S management" in the Quality Management of Stomatology Department

目的:研究"五常法"在门诊口腔科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:应用"五常法"原理对人、物、环境进行规范改进,并定期进行检查评估,持续不断改进。结果:口腔科护理质量明显提高,急救物品完好率,无菌物品合格率,贵重仪器使用保管完好率,物品准备完好率,口腔器械准备完好率,患者满意度均明显提高。结论:"五常法"的应用提高了门诊口腔科的护理管理质量,确保医疗护理安全,提高了工作效率,提升了科室形象。

Objective：To study the effects of application of ＂5S management＂ on nursing quality of Stomatology department. Methods：We applied the principle of ＂5S management＂ to improve the management on employees, instruments and environment, we evaluated work situation regularly as well as improved it continuously. Results： The qualified rates of emergent materials, sterilization, the use and preservation of expensive instruments, the preparation of dental instruments and materials, as well as patients satisfaction rate were significantly improved after applying ＂5S management＂. Conclusion：Application of ＂5S management＂ in Stomatology department can improve nursing management quality, working efficiency and section image.
