表面活性剂Zonyl FSC对人牙菌斑的影响

The antiplaque effect of surfactant Zonyl FSC in vivo

目的：研究表面活性剂ＺｏｎｙｌＦＳＣ对人牙菌斑的控制作用。方法：选择８位志愿者的４８个牙进行短期含漱试验，以蒸馏水为阴性对照，洗必太为阳性对照，以菌斑指数值（ＰｌＩ）代表控制菌斑的结果。结果：用０．２％ＺｏｎｙｌＦＳＣ含漱后ＰｌＩ值明显低于阴性对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），菌斑指数降低约２１％，用０．２％洗必太较用同浓度ＺｏｎｙｌＦＳＣ的ＰｌＩ值低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：ＺｏｎｙｌＦＳＣ能有效地控制菌斑，其菌斑控制作用弱于洗必太。

Aim: To investigate effect of Zonyl FCS on dental plaque in vivo. Methods:We selected 48 teeth of 8 volunteers to attend this short-term mouth rinsing test ,and took water as placebo ,chlorhexidine as positive contrast,plaque index(PlI)was recorded to present plaque control effect. Results: PlI after rinsing with 0.2%Zonyl FSC was lower than that of placebo ,but higher than that of chlorhexidine. Conclusions: It indicates that rinsing with Zonly FSC can control dental plaque effectively, but the antiplaque effect is less than that of chlorhexidine.
