健脾止泻散对脾虚泄泻小鼠血清胃泌素、尿淀粉酶的含量影响

Jian Pi Zhi Xie Powder: Its Effect on the Content of Serum Gastrin and Amylase in Urine in Mice with Diarrhea due to Deficiency in Spleen

目的探讨健脾止泻散对脾虚泄泻小鼠血清胃泌素、尿淀粉酶的影响。方法以幼龄ICR系小鼠为研究对象,通过番泻叶灌胃法建立脾虚型泄泻动物模型,用健脾止泻散治疗,观察血清胃泌素、尿淀粉酶的含量。结果与空白组相比,造模组小鼠出现泄泻,进食量和体重明显降低,血清胃泌素、尿淀粉酶含量明显减少,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);与模型组和阳性组相比,健脾止泻散明显改善了泄泻小鼠的大便性状、进食量和体重,提高了血清胃泌素、尿淀粉酶的含量,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论健脾止泻散能改善脾虚泄泻小鼠的整体状况,能提高其血清胃泌素、尿淀粉酶的含量,从而证明健脾止泻散是治疗脾虚型泄泻的有效方剂。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Jian Pi Zhi Xie powder on the content of serum gastrin and amylase in urine in mice with diarrhea due to deficiency in spleen. Methods： Young ICR mice were used as subjects. Animal model of diarrhea due to deficiency in spleen was established by gavage of Folium Sennae. Jian Pi Zhi Xie powder was administered. The content of serum gastrin and amylase in urine were observed. Results： Compared with the blank group, the mice in the model group had diarrhea, food - intake and weight decreased obviously, which had significant difference （ P 〈0.01 ） ; compared with the model group and the positive group, Jian Pi Zhi Xie powder obviously improved the description of the stool, food - intake and weight of the mice with diarrhea, and increased the content of serum gastrin and amylase in urine. All of these has a significant difference （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jian Pi Zhi Xie powder can improve the general condition of the mice with diarrhea due to deficiency in spleen, can improve the content of serum gastrin and amylase in urine, which prove that Jian Pi Zhi Xie powder is an effective prescription for the treatment of diarrhea due to deficiency in spleen.
