摘要
主要介绍了铜陵有色金属(集团)公司年产80万t硫铁矿制酸装置的设计过程。该装置采用了高效净化洗涤技术、低位高效干吸技术及"3+1"两次转化工艺。除少部分关键设备采用进口外,其它大部分设备和材料均实现国产化,装置的装备水平达到了国内领先水平。
This paper mainly describes the design process of pyrite acid-making facility with 800 000t/a throughput in Tongling Nonferrous Metals (Group) Co.,Ltd. This facility employs high efficiency cleaning and scrubbing technology, low level high efficiency dry absorption technology and “3+1” two-stage conversion process. The majority of equipment and materials are domestically made, except that few key equipment are imported. The equipment level for such facility has taken the lead in China.
