德意志联邦共和国在建筑领域节能降耗的经验、成果、技术与政策值得学习与借鉴,通过赴德考察总结和探索适合我国国情的节能降耗和可持续发展的新路。
The experiences, achievements, technology and policy of energy-saving and consumption-reducing in construction activities of the Federal Republic of Germany are good for learning and using for reference. New channel of applicable to energysaving and consumption-reducing as well as sustainable development in China is explored and summarized by going to Germany for investigation.
