摘要
一、前言 目前实际中所采用的管子防磨措施很多,加翅防磨法就是其中的一种简单有效的措施。加翅管的横截面形状如图1所示,试验研究表明,加翅片后管子的磨损量有明显下降。加翅管之所以能减小冲击磨损。
The present paper studies numerically the commonly used erosion-protection method ingas-solid flow systems-the fin-tube erosion-protection method. The numerical results showthat this method is a simple and efficient erosion-protection method. The height of the fin, the number of the fins and the angle between the fins affect the erosion-protection efficiency greatly. The erosion-protection efficiency is better with the higher fins and more fins. The smaller and the greater angles between the fins may decrease the erosion-protection efficiency.
