Value of mannual recheck-up in samples with lymphocyte number rise in blood cell analyzer

目的探讨血细胞分析仪提示淋巴细胞增高标本阳性指标被忽视的状况及对策。方法对600例血细胞分析仪提示淋巴细胞增高的标本进行手工复检,并比较两种检测结果。结果600例血细胞仪器提示淋巴细胞增高,手工复检后发现11.00%异淋、0.16%幼稚淋巴。结论血细胞分析仪提示淋巴细胞增高仍有复检的必要。

Objective To explore the state and countermeasure to target samples with lymphocyte number rise in blood cell analyzer. Methods 600 cases of samples with lymphocyte number rise in blood cell analyzer were rechecked-up mannually. The above results applied with two methods were compared. Results 11.00 percent of cases were abnormal lymphocytes, and 0.16 %0 of cases were infantile lymphocytes in 600 samples with lymphocyte number rise in blood cell analyzer. Conclusion Mannual recheck-up is necessary when blood cell analyzer indicates lymphocyte number rise.
