ABCA1转录水平上脂质调节的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 ABCA1是ATP结合盒转运子（ABC）基因超家族中的一个亚型,在胆固醇逆转运和HDL生成的起始步骤中起着极重要的作用,现从转录水平总结氧化固醇和肝孤儿受体（LXR）、合成的LXR激活剂、类视黄醇和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体（PPAR）配体等多种物质对ABCA1在动脉粥样硬化和其他代谢综合征方面对脂质的影响,为如何调节ABCA1提供新的视点,并为进一步认识ABCA1的功能和调控提供线索。
