声像图表现和VEGF-C表达与乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移关系分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌原发灶声像图表现和VEGF-C表达情况与患者腋淋巴结转移的关系。方法:回顾性分析经手术和病理证实的67例乳腺癌患者的原发灶声像图表现和VEGF-C表达情况与腋淋巴结状态的关系。结果:超声所示乳腺癌原发灶大小、边界、内部血流丰富程度等表现以及VEGF-C表达情况与腋淋巴结转移相关。用上述结果综合判断腋淋巴结转移的敏感性、特异性分别为90.9%和90.0%。结论:声像图表现与VEGF-C表达情况结合分析有助于判断乳腺癌有无腋淋巴结转移。 Objective: To evaluate axillary lymph node metastases of breast cancer by ultrasound with VEGF-C. Methods: 67 breast cancer patients confirmed pathologically were recruited in this study,among which axillary lymph nodular metastases were found in 35 cases. The size, margin and the vascularity of tumor were recorded. The VEGF-C were utilized in our immunohistochemical experiment. Results: The tumoral size, margin vascularity in tumors were related to axillary lymph nodular metastases. The VEGF-C expression ratios in breast cancer with axillary lymph node metastases were higher than lesions without metastases. The sensitivity, specificity were 90.9 %, 90%, respectively, using the criteria of lesion 〉2cm,ill-defined margin, grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ flow and VEGF-C positive expression. Conclusions: Ultrasound with VEGF-C can be vital value for accessing axillary lymph nodes metastases in breast cancer.
