癫痫发作致意外烧伤的治疗体会

To realize the treatment of the epileptic burning

目的:探讨癫痫发作致烧伤患者的病情特点及治疗措施。方法:在正规、系统抗癫痫治疗的前提下,早期积极给予游离植皮、皮瓣移植及保痂治疗。结果:16例癫痫合并烧伤患者中,游离植皮10例、重要组织外露行皮瓣移植3例、保痂治疗3例,创面全部愈合,功能及外观恢复满意,且癫痫发作得到了有效控制。结论:采取系统的抗癫痫药物治疗与早期积极进行烧伤创面手术治疗并重的治疗原则,可使创面及早痊愈,癫痫发作次数明显下降,是治疗癫痫合并烧伤的有效方法。

Objective：To explore the characteristics of the epileptic burning and cure measures. Methods： Operations were based on premise that 16 epileptics were regularly given systemic anti-epilepsy treatment in early period. Among the 16 patients, 10 patients were given the free skin grafting operation,3 patients whose essential tissues exposed were given the flaPgraft operation and the others healed by protecting crust. Results, All the patients had healed, and they were satisfied with the functional and the appearance＇s recovery and the epilepsy had been controled effectivly. Conclusions： The patients had accepted the systemic anti--epileptic drug treatment and surgical operation in the early period. Therefore, the wound had recovered as soon as possible and the frequency and the lasting time of the epilepsy had obviously descended.
