妊娠合并糖代谢异常与新生儿低血糖的关系 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨妊娠合并糖代谢异常(包括妊娠期糖代谢异常和糖尿病合并妊娠)与新生儿低血糖的关系。方法对该院2004年1月1日~12月31日在该院产检及分娩的1156例孕妇及其所生的1169名新生儿,按50g葡萄糖筛查和75gOGTT检查结果分为GCT(+)、GIGT、GDM和DM合并妊娠,分别统计该4类产妇分娩新生儿中新生儿低血糖数。结果GDM孕妇新生儿低血糖发病率与血糖正常孕妇新生儿低血糖发病率相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。而GCT(+)、GIGT、DM合并妊娠的孕妇的新生儿低血糖发病率与血糖正常孕妇新生儿低血糖发病率相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论GDM孕妇新生儿低血糖发病率升高,而GCT(+)、GIGT、DM合并妊娠的孕妇的新生儿低血糖发病率与血糖正常孕妇新生儿低血糖发病率比较无明显变化。 [Objective] To investigate the relationship between abnormal maternal blood glucose (including abnormal gestational glucose tolerances and the gestational diabetes mellitus) and the neonatal hypoglycemia. [Methotis] Analyzing 1 156 pregnant women and 1 169 neonates from 2004.1.1 to 2004 12.31 in our hospital. Glucose challenge test (50 g) and oral glucose tolerance (75 g) were done. According the results, 1156 pregnant women were divided into four groups: GCT(+), GIGT, GDM and DM. Neonate with hypoglycemia in the four groups of pregnant women were counted separately. [Results] There was significant difference in the incidence of neonate hypoglycemia between pregnant women with GDM and normal pregnant women (P 〈0.01), but there was no significant difference between the pregnant women with GCT(+), GIGT, DM and the normal pregnant woman (P 〉0.05). [ Conclusions] The incidence of neonate hypoglycemia in the group of pregnant women with GDM increased, but there was no significant difference in the group of pregnant women with GCT(+), GIGT and DM, compared with the group of normal pregnant women.
