未足月胎膜早破对母儿的影响

Clinical analysis on the effect of preterm premature rupture of the membranes on mother and fetuses

目的探讨未足月胎膜早破对母儿的影响。方法对湘雅三医院产科2005年4月～2006年11月收治的194例胎膜早破患者(其中未足月47例为A组;足月147例为B组)进行回顾性分析,观察指标包括孕周、分娩方式、宫内感染率、残余羊水指数和新生儿病率。结果未足月胎膜早破组的分娩孕周、剖宫产率小于足月胎膜早破组(P<0.05);未足月胎膜早破组的宫内感染率及新生儿病率明显高于足月胎膜早破组(P<0.05);残余羊水指数两组间差异无显著性。结论未足月胎膜早破患者早产率高,宫内感染机会增加,围生儿病率明显增加。

[Objective] To explore the effect of preterm premature rupture of the membranes on mothers and fetuses. [Methods] The clinical data of 194 patients with premature rupture of membranes in our hospital from April 2005 to November 2006 were studied. 47 patients with preterm premature rupture of the membranes were selected as group A, while 147 patients with premature rupture of membranes as group B. We studied gestational ages, delivery mode, intrauterine infection, residual amniotic fluid index and neonatal morbidity. [Results] Gestational ages and cesarean ratio were significantly lower in group A than in group B, Intauterine infection and neonatal morbidity were higher in group A than in group B. The residual amniofic fluid index has no difference between two groups. [Conclusions] Patients of preterm premature rupture of the membranes have increased risk of preterm, intrauterine infection and neonatal morbidity.
