部分脾栓塞术治疗难治性原发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment effect of partial splenic embolization to therapy refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

目的观察部分脾栓塞术(partial splenicembolization,PSE)治疗难治性原发性血小板减少性紫癜(re-fractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,R-ITP)的治疗效果。方法对24例经正规内科药物治疗无效的原发性血小板减少性紫癜患者行部分脾栓塞术后随访3个月～4年观察其临床疗效及血小板计数的变化。结果术后所有患者血小板均有不同程度的上升。显效11例,良效8例,进步2例,总有效率79.1%。结论部分脾栓塞治疗R-ITP有明显疗效。

[Objective] To Observe the clincal significance of partial splenic embolization（PSE） in treatment of refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （R-ITP）. [Method] 24 cases of R-ITP, which failed in internal medicine therapy, were accepted for PSE in order that their platelet count would incresed and hemorrhagic symptoms be remitted or cured. [Result] After PSE, all patients＇ platlet count was better than before. 11 patients achieved complete remission. 8 patients achiered partial remission. Total efficacy rate was 79.1%. [Conclusion] PSE treated R-ITP has significant effect.
