慢性鼻病分泌物倒流咽部致慢性咳嗽32例误诊原因分析

Backflow of the secrections to the pharynx caused by chronic nose diseases sends chroni cough——analysis of 32 cases of misdiagnosis

目的为防止慢性咳嗽的临床误诊,探讨鼻部疾病与慢性咳嗽的关系。方法对32例因鼻部疾病导致慢性咳嗽者进行临床分析。结果在慢性咳嗽中,除肺部疾病外,鼻部疾病也是常见原因。结论鼻分泌物倒流咽部也是引起慢性咳嗽的常见原因之一。

[Objective] To prevent the misdiagnosis of chronic eongh and irritation, and to explore the reletionship between nose diseases and ehronie eough, [Methods] 32 eases of the nose diseases to ehronie eough were elinially analyzed. [Results] In ehronie eough except lung and ether ailments, nose disease is a eommon eause. [Conclusion] Blaektlow of the seereetions is a eommon eause of ehronie eough.
