摘要
目的探讨多方法综合序列治疗口腔颌面部大面积复杂血管瘤的临床效果。方法按照激素-局部注射平阳霉素或平阳霉素碘化油乳剂-局部注射鱼肝油酸钠-激光-手术的程序,综合治疗口腔颌面部大面积复杂血管瘤187例,根据患者的年龄、发病部位、病变大小对治疗程序作适当的调整,并就治疗后瘤体大小、面部形态、局部功能等方面的变化对治疗效果进行评价。结果187例中治疗效果为优153例,占81.82%;良29例,占15.51%;一般5例,占2.67%,差0。结论采用多方法综合序列治疗口腔颌面部大面积复杂血管瘤,对提高疗效、改善面部形态、维持局部功能具有显著的临床意义。
[Objectives] To study the clinical effect of multi-method composifive sequence in treatment of oral maxillofaeial hemangioma. [Methods] 187 patients with oral and maxillofacial hemangioma were treated by the routine of Hormone-Laser-Pingyangmycin, Pingyangmycin-Iodinated-Oil-Emulsion-Sodium, and Morrhuate-Pingyangmycin- Operation. The routine was adjusted on the base of different cases. The change of the size of tumor body, local form and function were evaluated after the treatment. [Results] The excellent effect was observed in 153 patients （81.82%）, and the good effect shown in 29 patients （15.51%）, and the common effect shown in 5 patients（2.67%）. [Conclusions] The multi-method eompositive sequence in treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma has an important clinical significance to improve the clinical effect, ameliorate the local form and maintain the local function.
