伏天穴位贴敷加味玉屏风膏治疗小儿喘息型慢性支气管炎临床研究

Acupuncture point paste of Yupingfeng-plus ointment in the summer for the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis of children

目的:观察应用加味玉屏风膏伏天穴位贴敷治疗小儿喘息型慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法:设治疗组180例,贴敷加味玉屏风膏;对照组64例,贴敷医用橡皮膏。两组均在伏天进行穴位贴敷治疗,并连续随访三年,观察患儿的痊愈和愈后情况。结果:治疗组治愈率78.88%,好转率21.11%,无效0;对照组治愈率0,好转率37.50%,无效率62.50%。两组疗效比较,经统计学分析,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿喘息型慢性支气管炎,能提高患儿的经气、阳气及抵御外邪能力,从而达到显著的临床疗效。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture point paste of Yupingfeng-plus ointment in the summer for the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis in children. Methods： One hundred and eighty children with chronic asthmatic bronchitis were enrolled and 64 cases served as the control. The treatment of acupuncture point paste of Yupingfengplus ointment was performed in the summer, and the patients were followed for 3 years. The efficacy and prognosis were evaluated. Results： The cure rate of the treatment group was 78.88%, the improvement rate was 21.11%, and the failure rate was 0. In the control group, the cure rate was 0, the improvement rate was37.50 %, and the failure rate was 62.50%. Statistic analysis showed that the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Acupuncture point paste of Yupingfeng-plus ointment in the summer was effective in the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis in the children, probably by enhancing the Jingqi and the Yangqi, and helping defend external evil influence.
