With the development of modem society and the reform of new curriculum, the concepts of education have been changed completely： real education is not＂to tell＂, but constructed independently by students in experiencing concretely. Therefore, teachers should follow students＇ body-and-mind development laws, let students experience in situation, construct in practice,and improve in exchange and exploration. As a result, students＇ natural and harmonious development will be promoted effectively.
