摘要
我国正在实施自主创新战略,急需予以战略导航,技术预见作为一种日臻完善的科技战略管理工具,以其自身的特点完全能够为自主创新提供战略导航,一些发达国家和地区的实践也证明,技术预见已为这些国这和地区的自主创新发展提供了相应的支撑,在实践中取得了显著绩效。
The implementing of innovation of our country needs strategic navigation system. As a tool of strategic management of science and technology development, technology foresight is able to be the strategic navigation system for innovation. The practice of UK,Japan and China Taiwan proved technology foresight be a good strategic navigation system for innovation indeed. So, we should attach importance to technology foresight.
