从专利制度与自主创新的关系出发,描述我国高校专利技术转移的现状,分析我国高校专利技术转移的不足,介绍英国牛津大学和美国斯坦福大学科技转化工作所取得的成功经验,并为我国高校专利技术转移工作的开展提出若干建议。

This paper startes from the relationship of patent system and innovation, analyzes the shortage of patent and technology transfer, and summarizes the successful experience of technology transfer of Oxford University and Stanford University. The paper gives several suggestions to the work of patent and technology transfer of our country.
