摘要
论述科技型企业家的基本特征,从知识创新的角度分析科技型企业家知识转化与转移的桥梁作用及其机制,并提出科技型企业家成长环境营造的若干对策建议。
Teeh-entrepreneurs is a compound talent, which is both scientist and entrepreneurs. The paper analyses that teeh-entrepreneurs are the bonds of knowledge transformation, and the function mechanism also be revealed. Finally, some countermeasures of deliberately creating growing environment has been put forward.
