雷山县文盲(半文盲)妇女教育发展战略

An Educational Developmental Strategy for the Illiterate and Semi-illiterate Women in Leishan County

妇女地位高低是一个国家文明程度的体现。在贵州广大农村特别是偏远少数民族地区,丧失教育机会的劳动妇女由于缺乏专业技能,只能从事重体力而低收入的工作,严重阻碍了妇女发展和社会进步。本文通过田野调查、问卷测评、访谈法和数据分析方式,设计出对雷山县文(半文)盲妇女进行文化扫盲和技能培训项目,引导妇女投身第三产业,提高妇女经济地位,进而提升政治和社会地位,最终实现男女平等和妇女发展。这也契合当前社会主义和谐社会和新农村建设的国家战略。

Female＇ s social status is an embodiment of a national cultural degree. But in the rural minority area of the large Guizhou countryside, female can only engage in the heavy but low-income labor field due to losing educational chances and lacking of professional techniques that disturb women＇s development and social advancement. By way of field research, questionnaire survey, interview and data-analyz, this article works out a program to implement culture eliminating-illiteracy and techniques training for the illiterate and semi -illiterate women in Leishan County, which can lead＇ women to devote into the third industry and promote their economical, social statuses, and achiev the last goal of the equality between male and female and women Is further development. Meanwhile, this program is going well with our country strategy of harmonious socialistic society and new countryside construction.
