高校图书馆是高校的一面镜子,高校图书馆馆员职业道德与职业形象如何,取决于馆员职业形象的个体表现。馆员职业形象是馆员内在素质的外在表象,他是每名图书馆工作人员的思想素质、职业技能、工作态度和举止言谈等各方面素养的综合反映,他在图书馆的发展过程中起着决定作用,是图书馆发展的灵魂和支柱。本文从五个方面加以论述。
