摘要 膨润土移动是一种常见的现象,通过对大量土工合成材料膨润土垫(GCL)试验数据的分析,发现膨润土的移动对GCL性能会产生不良影响,如导致单位面积质量难以确定和防渗性能降低。同时分析了引起膨润土在GCL中移动的影响因素,包括基底材料粒径、应力集中、保护层的种类以及GCL含水量等。最后提出了针对不同原因引起的膨润土移动现象所应采取的合理解决措施。其成果对GCL这种土工合成材料的制作工艺、施工工艺、设计和科研有一定的参考价值。 The migration of bentonite in the geosynthetic clag liner(GCL) is a universal phenomenon. The authors elaborates the negative impacts upon the performance of GCL, such as the troubles of measuring the mass of GCL per unit area and of enhancing the seepage prevention property of GCL induced by the migration of bentonite by processing a mass of tentative data of GCLs, then, analyzes the reasons causing the migration of bentonite in GCL, including the diameters of the subgrade materials, the phenomena of stress concentration, the categories of protective layer and the water content of GCL, and, finally, proposes the reasonable solution measures that should be adopted regarding the bentonite migration phenomenon caused by different reasons. The research result may be used as a reference for the manufacturing technique, building art and craft, design and study of GCL.
