41例糖尿病足诱因分析与护理对策

Analysis the reasons of diabetes foot for 41 patients and its nursing countermesures

目的:探讨糖尿病足的诱发因素,并采取相应的护理措施。方法:回顾性收集符合WHO诊断标准的41例糖尿病足患者的病史、病程,对其高危因素进行分析。结果:高血糖、饮食失调、足部出现问题未及时就医等是糖尿病足的主要诱因。结论:诱发糖尿病足的高危因素应引起护理人员的重视,护理人员有必要为糖尿病患者提供心理护理及健康教育。

Objective ： Probe into the factors of diabetes foot and adopt relvant nursing measures. Methods ： The history and n.des of disease for diabetes foot patients were analysed. Results ： The key cause of diabetes foot were hyperglycemia, diet imblalance and not set docdors in time. Conclusion ： The nursing staff must pay great attention to the high reasons of diabetes foot and promote psychological nursing and health education for diabetes foot patients.
