临床护士艾滋病职业暴露认知调查与干预

Investigation the knowleage of occupational exposure for clinical nurse and its intervention

目的:了解我院临床护士对艾滋病职业暴露的认知状况,提高临床护士艾滋病职业暴露的防护知识和防护能力。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对304名临床护士进行问卷调查,实施干预半年后再进行问卷调查。结果:干预前后护士对艾滋病职业暴露知识的掌握程度比较有显著性差异,P<0.005。结论:为了保障临床护士职业安全,要加强临床护士艾滋病职业暴露及防护知识的教育,提高职业防护能力,确保护士的职业安全。

Objective ： understand the nurses of the hospital clinical knowledge of occupational exposure to AIDS , Improve protection of the occupational exposure of AIDS clinical nurses knowledge, and protection. Method： A self- designed questionnaire, Conducted a questionnaire survey of 304 clinical nurses, Survey conducted six months after the implementation of intervention. Result ： AIDS nurses before and after the intervention of the degree of knowledge of occupational exposure to a significant difference. Conclusion：To protect the security and protection of occupational nurses, clinical nurses to strengthen oceupationa,1 exposure to AIDS education and preventive knowledge, raise the defense capability to ensure the safety of nurses.
