Objective ： Discussing and summarizing the importance of observation and nursing after thyroid gland inferior total excision surgery. Methods ： By review 1 analysis the observation and nursing measure for 116 example thyroid gland inferior total excision surgery. Results：All of them recovered from illness, have no serious complications occurrence.
