茜草提取物对大强度耐力训练大鼠血清激素水平及运动能力影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨茜草提取物对大强度耐力训练大鼠血清激素水平及运动能力的影响,为茜草作为运动补剂提供理论依据。方法:选取24只大鼠,随机分为安静组、运动力竭组和茜草力竭组,运动力竭组与茜草力竭组,参照Benford[1]的训练模型进行6周的训练,最后一次训练进行一次力竭性运动,力竭后取血并进行样本处理。内容:利用FJ-2008P型全自动放射免疫分析仪,通过测定与运动训练相关的血清睾酮、皮质醇、胰岛素、胰高糖素、生长激素水平,研究茜草提取物对运动过程中机体的内分泌水平和大鼠跑台至力竭时间的影响。结论:茜草提取物运动中血清睾酮、皮质醇、胰岛素、胰高糖素、生长激素有一定的调节作用,揭示茜草在某种程度上可以改善运动造成的内分泌紊乱,提高大鼠跑台运动能力,从而延缓大鼠运动性疲劳的产生。 Purpose: To discuss the influence of madder extractor on serum hormone and sport ability which can provide the examination for using madder extractor as sport supplements. Method: 24 rats were divided into three groups, quite group, exercise to exhaust group and madder extractor to exhaust group. Both exercise to exhaust and madder extractor to exhaust group had been trained 6 weeks according to Benford" s model of the great intensity endurance training. At last time, these two groups were trained by exhausted exercise, adopted blood and managed it. The results showed that madder extractor could elevate the level of testosterone in the serum, and adjusted some hormones such as insulin, glucagons, growth hormone, cortisol, suggested that madder extractor could improve the disordered endocrine caused by exercise to some extent and improve the fatigue in trained rat.
