大学毕业之后以分配的方式进入伊利、亲历这家国有企业的股份制改造并上市、一手打造了液态奶的黄金发展期,也曾遭遇激烈的同业竞争……无论从哪个角度看,潘刚都摆脱不了他所处时代的中国特色;而到目前为止,这类人的成长轨迹犹如他们企业的成长一样:光鲜却充满曲折。这里面既有大起大落,也有分分合合,现在的问题是,他们能把企业带到哪里?
After graduated from university, Pan entered Yili by distribution. He witnessed that this state-owned enterprises joined stock companies and favored by the founder. He was promoted and then he became ex- clusion from the company. He had encountered the most fierce compe- tition from colleagues. No matter from which angle we observes this professional man- ager ,he called himself like this, Pan gang are unable to get out of the times he lived in which is 'Chinese characteristics'; So far, the growth tracks of these people like Pan are similarity with as the growth tracks of their enterprises: glorious and extensive. There are full of big ups and downs in the process. Now, the question is: after reached a high degree with the help of their businesses and their predecessors, what direction they will lead their enterprises to?
