摘要
采用反复干旱的方法,对山西有代表性的500份黍稷种质资源进行了抗旱性鉴定评价,筛选出9份1级高度抗旱的种质。对1级高度抗旱的种质又进行了田间抗旱生理指标气孔导度、蒸腾速率、光合速率的测定和实验室离体叶片含水量的测定,进一步验证了反复干旱法对大批量黍稷种质资源抗旱性鉴定评价的可靠性和可行性,也揭示了黍稷种质的抗旱机理。
Through the repetitious drought -making method, 500 accessions of representative proso millet germplasm from Shanxi province have been identified and drought - resistance evaluated. 9 accessions of germplasm are screened as class 1, high - class drought - resistant germplasm. For these high - class drought - resistant germplasm, the drought - resistance physiological index, stomatal conductance, transpiring rate and photosynthesizing rate measurements in farm and water content measurement of unorganized leaf in lab have been completed, which further proves that the repetitious drought -making :method is reliable and feasible for the drought - resistance identification and evaluation of large quantities of Proso millet Germplasm, as well as, discloses the drought - resistance mechanism of Proso millet germplasm.
