摘要
如何监测肾移植受者的免疫状态，并据此调整免疫抑制剂剂量，在抑制排异反应和非特异性免疫抑制之间找到平衡点，是目前肾移植领域的一个研究热点。本文就近年来一些公认的敏感性与特异性较好的检测方法及其在临床应用中的前景做一综述。
