图书外印背后是多方利益的互动。从外印价值主体方面看,图书外印主要存在两种价值链条。对比图书直供,图书外印既有利,也有弊。出版社要转变观念,建立以市场为中心的外印模式。
Outsottring book-printing has been done on the base of a benefit community. According to the different entities of demanding and accepting outsourcing book-printing, there are two value chains ofoutsouring book-printing. Compared to books-being-supplied directly, outsouring book-printing has the advantages and disadvantages. The presses must change the ideas of outsouring book-printing and build the mode of outsouring book-printing with a market-centered approach.
