聚酯基硫脲树脂对金离子的吸附性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用双(异硫氰酸甲酸)一缩二乙二酯与多元胺进行加聚反应制得主链上含有硫脲基团的新型螯合树脂(PDTU)。用静态吸附法研究了PDTU树脂对金离子的吸附性能,PDTU-Ⅰ~Ⅳ对Au(Ⅲ)的吸附量分别为2.91,4.09,4.49和4.65 mmol/g。PDTU对Au(Ⅲ)的吸附容量随时间的增加、Au(Ⅲ)初始浓度的增大和温度的升高而增大,吸附数据符合Boyd液膜扩散方程和Lang-muir等温式,吸附过程为吸热过程。 The polyaddition reaction between terephthalate and polybasic amine can synthesize a new style chelating resin (PDTU) containing thioureido in main-chain. The absorbability of PDTU to aurum ion was researched with static adsorption method. Au( Ⅲ ) adsorbed in PDTU - Ⅰ ~ Ⅳ was respectively 2.91,4.09,4.49 and 4.65mmol/g. And the absorbability of PDTU to Au ( Ⅲ ) increased with the working period, initial Au ( Ⅲ) concentration and elevation of temperature. The experimental data accorded with Boyd liquid membrane diffusion equation and Langmuir isotherm. The adsorption process was an endothermic one.
